First day of the Swedish Junior Classics is now played and we have seen some really good golf. Isabell Ekstroem from Sweden and the homeclub GolfUppsala shot 67 (-6) and set a new course record for girls/ladies, she is leading the total girls and the 21 age group.
In the girls class up to 18 Maia Samuelsson from Sweden is leading after a very good 71 (-2) round.
In the boys class Erik Strömfelt from Sweden is leading the overall and the up to 18 class on 72 (-1) and Timo Raukas from Estonia is leading the 21 class on par (73)
18.00 today we will have a competition outside the clubhouse with closest to pin and longest/straightest drives
