Why Talents Program?
At Global Junior Golf, we believe that true talent deserves support, opportunity, and a clear path forward. That’s why we’re launching the GJG TALENTS PROGRAM and empower the next generation of standout junior golfers.
Backed by a dedicated sponsor (to be announced) and fully supported by the GJG community, the program offers promising players more than just recognition – it opens doors.
Candidates are nominated by our trusted Coaches Advisory Circle, a group of leading minds in junior golf development. Final selections will be made by the GJG Talent Committee at the end of November.
Golf clubs and coaches from around the world are invited to submit nominations. Selections are based on performance in the GJG Order of Merit, supported by additional criteria including insights from the Player Development Index (PDI). But it’s not just about skill – we’re also looking at character. Social engagement and community involvement are key.
A structured point-based system, developed and tracked by GJG, will help ensure a well-rounded view of each candidate.
